Newborn Photo Shoot

We had a photographer come to the house to capture Max at 9 days old. Funnily enough, the day that worked for all of us was also his due date! Getting comfy

Max is growing by leaps and bounds - he was up a pound and a half since he left the hospital when we went to the doctor last Thursday! When we first brought him home, he was too small to sit in the bouncy seat. Now he's able to sit in it and watch us make dinner.

One of Mommy's clients sent Max his first ballcap over the weekend. It's a little big for now, but some day he will be a big Colonial Pipeline fan!

More firsts

Daddy gave Max his first bottle this week. It was a fun way for them to spend special time together. Max also made his first friend this week - Raggedy Andy. Max and Andy like to play together on Max's playmat. Max likes to look at Andy's face and sometimes grabs his hair. This shows them playing together and one of Max's sweet sneezes. Enjoy!

Lots of Firsts

The first 10 days of Max's life were filled with firsts! Here are some pictures of some of our favorite moments so far: Max is not so sure that he likes to take baths! First Bath: Max LOVES to go on walks. He looks around the whole time and likes to see all the new things. First Mother's Day

We celebrated Max's first week and Mommy's first Mother's Day yesterday with Indian food and roses. So much excitement! Here are a couple of our favorite images of Max from this weekend. Max and Daddy are good friends already: Max likes to play look-out-the-window with Daddy:

First Outing

Max took his first trip to the pediatrician yesterday. All of the nurses thought he was the cutest baby in the world and they were extra-nice to him. He has perfect coloring and is in great health! Happy Birthday Max!

Max arrived on Sunday, May 2. We got to the hospital at 2:44 and could not believe how quickly he delivered - he arrived at 5:40p. After 2 days in the hospital, we brought Max home. We are so excited to have him here with us!
