First snow

Max's response to the winter wonderland this morning was 'Mom, it's not even an inch...'. Evelyn was much more excited to explore the way snow feels on our long, slow walk to school.

Dad's plane is delayed in Germany while they work on it, so he's exploring Ramstein and doing research for our big trip when he retires. Here are some scenes from the adventure so far.

Helping Hands Updates

The Helping Hands have been very busy getting energy out with silly dance moves.  They've also been working hard at setting their classroom up for winter.  Ian got to go on the class field trip to the high school to learn about musical instruments.

Winter???

It was 18 over the weekend and through Tuesday, was a balmy 38 when we left home yesterday, and was 55 this morning with a high of 65. We are loving the warm blast - too bad its back to frigid tomorrow!
