Fare thee well, 2021

While Evelyn and I made slime desserts a la Great British Baking Show, Ian prepared a low country boil and a fire pit for us to ring out the old year.  After a delicious, socially distanced dinner, Tommy Boy and SNL classics kept us laughing until almost 1!

 

Oldie but Goodie

Is there a better place to spend a 61 degree December day outdoors than the zoo?!  We enjoyed a New Year's Eve walkabout to check in on the animals, and were excited to see both the baby panda at play and the new ostrich being introduced into its exhibit.

 

Positively Exciting

How do you create excitement when Dad is in isolation and the rest of us are quarantining?  LOTS of walks, kitchen time, and other fun.

 

It's good to be a dog.

We were all thrilled to reunite when we picked Piper up from the Pet Resort!

 

"Christmas" Night

We were surprised to find Santa had come to Key Drive while we were away, and dove into presents not long after we got home.
