We started our second full day with a safari at Animal Kingdom. Max was our wildlife photographer and LOVED riding Expedition Everest, while Evelyn LOVED eating a Mickey Popsicle.
After an afternoon swim, we headed to Epcot for some rides and dinner. We were all pooped and headed home for bed by 8.
