I had signed up for the Mount Vernon Patriot Run 10 miler, but have been feeling under-motivated, quit training, and decided to take the DNS. But then Saturday morning we woke up and the world was perfect and it was if the weather was calling to me, so back came motivation and off I went. 10 miles from our front door to the back of the Native American History Museum, with a cool down walk after to catch this perfect shot of the Capitol up the street.
