The Brood X cicada invasion has definitely been impossible to miss, but not as terrible as we'd been led to believe. Evelyn has particularly enjoyed picking them up, playing with them, testing to see if they are female (noisy) or male (silent), and seeing if they can fly. We won't miss them when they're gone, but they're definitely an interesting diversion, and seem VERY 2021!
