That's how long it took Mom to get Covid, and it was no fun at all (though nowhere near as bad as many folks have had it!). Evelyn made a gorgeous floral arrangement from the flowers in the yard to wish Mom well. She made it to Emerson's birthday, while Max got a head shot for a GIANT fence face for All Star games.
Sunday night, Dad and the kids went to Wegman's (the OMG HEB of the northeast), where they definitely OMG'd! Evelyn designed a perfect charcuterie board, and Mom was able to sit outside to celebrate being vertical with the fam. Then we watched Survivor's season finale on the outdoor movie screen - even Covid can't keep us from enjoying family time together!
